UPS Ground shipments : 7% of Total order value.

UPS Blue "2nd day Air": Call for specific pricing.

UPS Red "Next Day": Call for specific pricing.


....RETURN POLICY : All returns require written authorization. Packages must be clearly marked with an RGA# on the exterior of the package. Any package returned without an RGA# clearly displayed will not be accepted.

....MERCHANDISE ORDERED IN ERROR: Standard packaged merchandise only may be returned, provided that the merchandise is in the original buyers possession not more than 10 days. If merchandise is accepted for return, merchandise must be returned freight prepaid, and buyer will be charged a minimum 15% restock charge. Some items, such as solenoid coils, are non-returnable. Electrical & special order items may not be cancelled and are non-returnable.

....RETURN OF DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: Defective or failed material to be held at buyer's premises until authorization has been granted by the seller to return or dispose of merchandise. Items will be repaired/replaced or credit will be issued for the defective material.
